About Sripal
My understanding of business was not built in boardrooms. It was built in warehouses, distribution counters, sales visits, customer interactions and daily operational challenges. Over the last three decades, I have witnessed the evolution of distribution from manual processes to ERP systems, mobile platforms and now Artificial Intelligence.
This journey has shaped my belief that sustainable growth comes when technology, people and processes work together. Today, I focus on helping businesses become more intelligent, connected and future-ready.

The Journey
Growing up around pharma distribution created an early understanding of trust, service, margins, customer behaviour and the discipline required to keep business moving every day.
Sales taught the value of communication, persuasion, positioning and customer psychology. It built the commercial instincts that later informed product and platform thinking.
Exposure to another business environment expanded my view of systems, structure and the practical realities of execution beyond a single domain.
This period built the operational spine: inventory, supply reliability, sales coordination, customer service and the complexity of managing scale in distribution.
Entrepreneurship became the vehicle for solving real business problems through technology. C-Square was founded to build software rooted in distribution reality.
ERP, sales force automation and B2B commerce platforms emerged from one core insight: technology should make businesses simpler, smarter and more scalable.
The focus shifted from software alone to broader transformation: digitisation, process redesign, mobility and data-driven execution across retail and distribution.
